Summary:

Terrence Shannon Jr. is a very athletic swingman that can attack the basket to garner scores, and he also is a good defender that can get stops for his team.  After having an up and down season last year at Texas Tech, Shannon was able to string together a handful of strong performances to help Illinois get plenty of wins last season, and he has played very well this year.  On the other hand, he may pose as a significant character risk to the NBA team that is considering drafting him, as he was recently arrested and was suspended from all activities due to his alleged involvement in a major off-court incident. Currently, Shannon projects to go in the late first to hte second round range in the 2024 draft.
