Summary:
Omer Yurtseven is a skilled big man that could project to be a second round pick in the 2020 draft. Though he had a relatively disappointing freshman season, he played very well at the 2017 NBA Draft Combine, but after playing his sophomore year at NC State, he has since transferred to Georgetown. Yurtseven later had a solid junior season, and he recently declared to enter the 2020 NBA Draft.
He is a versatile scorer that can do so in multiple ways, and he can do so to create mismatches that can swing in his favor. Yurtseven also is a solid rebounder, as he will help his team on the boards this year.
But he will need to improve defensively, and he can sometimes struggle against more athletic opponents. Even still, Yurtseven may have the smarts and the skills to excel as a role player in the NBA.
