Projected Draft Range: 2nd Round

Pros:

Solid finisher around the basket

Adequate rebounder
Decent defender
Good shot blocker
Good athlete
Very good motor
Has a long wingspan

Cons:

Needs to improve his face-up game

Can have lapses defensively
Can be foul prone
Missed considerable time due to a knee injury

Summary:

N’Faly Dante is an athletic, energetic big man that could project to be a rim protector in the NBA.  He missed many games as a freshman and also was dealing with a knee injury, but a solid sophomore season could help him swiftly move up draft boards in 2021.
