Summary:

Matur Maker is the younger brother of current Milwaukee Bucks’ third year big man Thon Maker.  He received some buzz with his strong play in the 2017 Adidas Nations Tournament.  He is an athletic big man that can rebound and block shots and he has some emerging perimeter skills on offense, but he will still need to refine his overall game.

Recently, Matur Maker signed with Union Neuchatel, as he will be playing in the Swiss Basketball League this year.  He will still need more time to develop and hone his game, but if he can put his skills altogether, he could be an intriguing prospect that could end up getting drafted in the second round of the upcoming draft.

Side note: To clear up the confusion of which country to list him, Matur Maker is Thon’s younger brother.  Thon Maker represented Australia in the 2015 Nike Hoops Summit.

So even though Matur Maker is playing in a Canadian prep school this year, Matur Maker will be listed as from Australia, since that was the country he was born from, and that was also the country in which his brother represented.
