Matt Mooney is a smart, skilled point guard that can shoot and score the basketball, and he also has been doing a good job of running the team this year at Texas Tech. While he may not possess elite size or physical tools, Mooney can effectively run a team at the point, and he could potentially make an NBA team’s summer league roster in 2019.
