Old for a draft prospect, may have limited upside
Summary:
Josh Perkins is a smart, skilled point guard that knows how to effectively run a team. He shoots and passes the ball well, and he also is an aggressive defender that can get numerous stops on that side of the ball.
On the downside, he may not be a dynamic offensive player, and his advanced age for a draft prospect may limit his upside, but Josh Perkins may have the skills to develop into a backup point guard in the league in the mold of a Matthew Dellavedova type.
