Summary:
Jinqiu Hu is a mobile, skilled big man that has been one of China’s more productive, up and comers as he put forth a fairly solid season last year in his home country’s top league.
In addition, he has consistently played well in tournaments due to his ability to score and rebound the basketball. However, Hu lacks ideal physical tools, and there may be some concerns about his defense and ability to make plays against upper echelon athletes. Most likely, he may be a potential second round candidate in 2019, as his skill set could make him an intriguing draft and stash option for NBA teams in the future.
