Summary:

Jalen Pickett is a smart, skilled playmaker that shoots the ball well, and he can effectively run a team.  He is a patient player that seems to have a knack for making sound decisions, and he had a very productive freshman season at Siena.  He also seems to have good defensive instincts, and he was able to get plenty of steals and blocks this year.

Pickett was invited to the G-League Elite Camp after his freshman season, but he was reported to have struggled in that showcase.  He has since returned to Siena for his sophomore season, and he quietly had a solid year.  While he may not yet be a household name, he has a variety of skills that could allow him to thrive as a solid role player in the NBA.
