Projected Draft Range: Late 1st to 2nd Round
Solid shooter, especially from deep
Excels at scoring on off-ball motion plays
Rarely gets all the way to the basket
Needs to improve his playmaking skills
Can be unfocused defensively, is quite foul prone
Didn’t play enough as a freshman
Jabari Walker is an athletic combination forward that can shoot and score the basketball. He didn’t play much as a freshman, but he was very efficient as a shot maker on offense in limited minutes. He will need to tighten up his ball handling skills and cut down on fouls so he can stay on the floor. If Walker can get consistent playing time this year, he could be due for a breakout sophomore season. Currently, he projects to go in the late first to the second round range in the 2022 draft.
