Summary:
Herve Kabasele Kasonga was a virtual unknown before having a solid tournament this summer in the 2017 FIBA Afrobasket.
He has not really played much in the top leagues overseas, and a recent knee injury could be a set back for his development as an overall player. But if he makes a full recovery, with his skill set and defensive potential, he could be an intriguing draft and stash candidate late in the second round for the 2018 NBA Draft.
