Summary:
Frank Howard is an athletic combo guard that can knock down shots off the dribble, and he also can facilitate the basketball as he can play either backcourt position. He also is an aggressive defender that will look to get steals and stops for his team.
However, he will need to improve his jump shot and shot selection, as he has not posted very good shooting percentages throughout his career. But as Howard will be one of the featured players this year, he could potentially end up being a second round pick on draft day.
