Filip Petrusev is a skilled, mobile big man that can score the basketball in a variety of ways, and he played very well as a sophomore for Gonzaga. Petrusev is a skilled low post scorer that can score with his back to the basket, and he will frequently score on rolls to the rim. He also is a good rebounder, and he tends to be in the right spots defensively. He also has been showing an improved outside shot lately.
On the other hand, he will need to continue to work on his face-up game and show that he can guard upper-echelon players in games. He is playing very well in professional basketball overseas this season. Currently, Petrusev projects to go in the late first to the second round range for the 2021 draft.
