Summary:
Eugene Omoruyi is a tough, physical forward that can shoot and score the basketball.  After having played at Rutgers fot three seasons, he had a solid senior season at Oregon, and he scored 28 points and had 10 rebounds in his team’s loss to USC in the Sweet 16.

Omoruyi was never really an outside shooter at his previous school Rutgers, and he only made 23% of his threes during his first three seasons combined there, but his newfound three-point shot at the collegiate level really elevated his offensive game to a whole another level. This past season at Oregon, Omoruyi made 38% of his threes from beyond the arc. He doesn’t possess overwhelming athletic gifts, but his ability to knock down jump shots and score could enable him to be an effective rotation player in the NBA.
