Pros:

Decent mid-range shooter
Adequate scorer off the dribble
Tremendous free throw generator
Handles the ball well
Solid rebounder for his size
Adept at collecting steals
Solid athlete

Cons:

Needs to improve his shooting
Can struggle to score in traffic
Prone to hoisting up questionable shots
Can be too scoring focused on offense
Can tend to over-dribble into traffic
Can be undisciplined defensively
Not a true point guard, but is undersized to play the two
Character risk, was involved in a major off-court incident

Summary:

Dior Johnson is an agile, skilled combo guard that excels at attacking the rim to score the basketball.  He has a fairly solid mid-range shot, and he also can draw many free throws to get to the foul line often.  He is a talented playmaker that will need to improve in the finer points of the game. Just before the season started, Johnson was arrested for felony assault along with other charges, which led him to being suspended indefinitely. Currently, he is an unlikely bet to be drafted.
