Summary:
Dennis Smith is a gifted playmaker that does nearly everything well, as he could be a dynamo in college basketball that could star instantly.
As he may rate similarly to former NBA All-Star Stephon Marbury, Smith could really excel in the NBA, as he has multi-All-Star potential. But he did tear an ACL in his senior year in high school, so some teams may want to do extensive research to see if his knee will hold up as the years progress.
