Decent low post scorer
Excels at scoring on the move
Adequate playmaker
Adequate rebounder
Very good defensive player
Good athlete
Good motor
Smart player that has a good feel for the game

Cons:

Lacks an elite first step off the dribble
Can be reluctant to shoot threes
Can be too passive on offense
Does not collect enough steals or blocks

Summary:

De’Andre Hunter is an athletic, skilled swingman that has swiftly moved up draft boards recently.  He projects to be a 3 and D type of player in the NBA, as he may be able to excel on both ends of the floor.

On the other hand, he has played for one of the slowest paced teams in college basketball, as he may have a tough time getting acclimated with the NBA tempo at the next level.  He had a very good sophomore season which was capped off by his tremendous showing in the National Championship game, and he could end up being a likely lottery pick in 2019.
