Summary:

Carlos Alocen is a smart, skilled combo guard that can shoot and pass the basketball.  He is playing a pivotal role in Spain’s top league, the Spanish ACB League, and he has shown strong playmaking skills, as he has been racking up assists this year.  He’s struggled with his three-point shot, as it’s noticeably down from last season, though.  Right now, he projects to be a second round prospect, as he may have the skills to end up being a reliable role player in the NBA.
