Summary:
Braxton Key is an athletic combination forward transferred to Virginia after having played two seasons at Alabama. He is a player that can score in a variety of ways, but he will need to significantly improve his jump shot. He didn’t put up gaudy stats, but he was able to help his team in a role off the bench as a junior.
Last year, Key excelled as an energetic, hustle player in the 2019 National Championship game. He will still need to continue to develop his skill set on offense, but he was a solid role player at Virginia. Right now, he projects to be a potential second round pick if he ends up declaring to enter the NBA draft.
