Summary:

Arturs Zagars is a skilled point guard that currently projects to be a borderline second round prospect for the 2021 draft. He is a fairly solid facilitator that can run a team, and he can knock down shots when gets into a rhythm. On the downside, he did not play much during the 2019-20 season, and he did not shoot the ball very well for Joventut.

He will need to show that he can excel at the higher levels, and he may not possess ideal physical tools, but Zagars is an offensive-minded player that over time could potentially develop into being a solid role player at the next level.
