Abdul Ado is an athletic, energetic center that may project into a defensive specialist role in the NBA. He plays with a high-motor and he excels at blocking shots. On the downside, he is not particularly skilled offensively, as he rarely shoots the ball, and he doesn’t have much of an offensive game or perimeter skills, and he is limited to scoring around the basket and setting screens on offense. Right now, he is a long shot to be drafted, but his ability to block shots and play interior defense could enable him to compete for a roster spot in the NBA sometime down the road.

His birthdate on RealGM and on his team’s page is listed as 10/1/1997, but NBADraft.Net lists it as 10/10/1997. As there are more sources that state that his birthdate is the former rather than the latter, we will list his birthdate as 10/1/1997.
