2020 Top 100 Prospect Rank: 73

Pros:

Decent scorer off the dribble
Adequate shooter, especially from mid-range
Decent playmaker
Decent rebounder for his size
Fairly good defender that can get steals
Above average athlete
Has very good intangibles

Cons:

Needs to improve his outside shot
Not an especially dynamic playmaker
Can be too undisciplined defensively
Average size for his position
Not an elite athlete
Relative unknown commodity

Summary:

Yam Madar is a smart, skilled, heady playmaker that was the star of the U-20 European Championships this summer.  He showed off strong shooting, scoring, and playmaking skills at this event.  He will need to show that he can keep this up to perform well in high-end professional leagues, but if he can, he could swiftly move up draft boards in 2020.
