Ulrich Chomche is an athletic, energetic big man that was invited to the 2024 NBA Draft Combine, and had built enough draft buzz to the point where he will likely be selected in the second round this year. He’s put up fairly solid numbers for NBA Academy Africa in the BAL Qualification, and he’s a versatile big man that is one of the youngest prospects in this draft.
Chomche can stretch the floor and make outside shots and provide rim protection, but he’s also a fairly unpolished prospect that can tend to play mistake-prone basketball. He’ll need more coaching and development, but he is a talented prospect that will likely be a second round pick in the 2024 draft.
