Classification: Fifth-Year Senior
Birthdate: 1/9/2000

Projected Draft Range: 2nd Round to Undrafted

Pros:

Decent scorer off the dribble
Can post up smaller players
Excels at scoring on off-ball motion plays
Decent playmaker
Solid rebounder
Adequate defender
Above average athlete

Cons:

Needs to improve his three-point shooting
Lacks an elite first step off the dribble
Not an elite ball handler
Can be undisciplined defensively
Not an elite athlete

Summary:

Timmy Allen is a mobile, strong swingman that recently transferred to Texas to play there for his senior season.  He excels at attacking the hoop to score and rebound the basketball, and he also is an unselfish player that can rack up some assists.  On the downside, he will really need to improve his three-point shot, especially for the next level.  Currently, he is a borderline second round candidate for the 2023 draft.
