Projected Draft Range: 2nd Round to Undrafted

Pros:

Decent low post scorer
Decent shooter
Excels at scoring on off-ball motion plays
Decent playmaker for his size
Decent rebounder
Adequate defender
Solid athlete

Cons:

Can be reluctant to take outside shots
Lacks an elite first step off the dribble
Needs to improve his free throw shooting
Not an elite rebounder
May be in between forward positions

Summary:

Olivier Nkamhoua is an agile, skilled combo forward that had a good senior season for Tennessee this past year. He can score the basketball in a variety of ways, and he also can guard multiple positions. He had a terrific, 21-point performance on a perfect, 10 of 10 field goal shooting in his team’s January 7th blowout win over South Carolina, and he could project to be a 3 and D type of role player in the NBA.
