Updated on 1/11/23.  Written by Alan Lu.

Height: 6-10
Weight: 210
College: Alabama
Classification: Freshman
Birthdate: 7/14/2004

Projected Draft Range: Late 1st to 2nd Round

Pros:

Decent shooter
Excels at scoring on off-ball motion plays
Very good rebounder
Decent defender
Solid shot blocker
Solid athlete
Good motor

Cons:

Streaky shooter
May struggle to consistently create his own shot
Not an elite ball handler, can be turnover prone
Can be too passive on offense
Can be undisciplined defensively
Lacks elite lateral quickness

Summary:

Noah Clowney is an athletic, energetic forward that will make hustle plays to help his team on both ends of the floor. He will need to keep expanding on his skill set offensively and he will also need to be a more consistent outside shooter in games, but his athleticism, skill set, and upside could make him an intriguing option for NBA teams to consider in the late first to the second round range of the 2023 draft.
