Summary:

Moussa Cisse is an athletic, energetic big man that may project to be an elite rim protector in the NBA.  He is a very good rebounder and shot blocker that excels at protecting the paint to help get his team stops defensively.

On the other hand, he is quite raw offensively, as he doesn’t have much of a face-up game, and he is an abysmal free throw shooter, and his poor free throw shooting may make him an offensive liability late in close games.  Still, he is an athletic, high-motor center whose shot blocking skills and interior defense could make him an intriguing option to consider late in the second round of the 2023 draft.
