Summary:
Matt Mitchell is a tough, mobile swingman that could make solid plays on both ends of the floor. He had a solid senior season, and he showed a significantly improved outside shot last year as a junior. This past season, he scored more and showed a better ability to get to the free throw line, but his shooting percentages also took a bit of a hit this year.
He is a capable shooter that has been able to draw many free throws, and he’s also defended well when he is on the court. Right now, he is a borderline second round candidate for the 2021 draft, and he could project to be a 3 and D type of role player in the NBA.
