Projected Draft Range: 2nd Round to Undrafted
2022 NBA Draft: Round 2, Pick 56 by the Cleveland Cavaliers

Pros:

Excels at scoring on off-ball motion plays
Can post up smaller players
Decent playmaker
Solid rebounder for his size
Adequate defender
Solid motor

Cons:

Needs to improve his shooting
Lacks an elite first step off the dribble
Unselfish to a fault
Struggles to guard quicker players
Only an average athlete

Summary:

Luke Travers is a skilled scorer that been very efficient in making plays on both ends of the floor in limited minutes as a rotation player in the NBL.  He’s not automatically draft eligible until 2023, so he still has at most two seasons to continue to build his game until he decides to enter the draft.  While Travers has not seemed to have drawn much draft buzz as the other prospects in the NBL, he could move up draft boards if he can show teams that he can excel in either an expanded role or in extended minutes in the NBL.
