Summary:
Qi Lin is an agile, skilled swingman that can shoot and pass the basketball. He is having a good season overseas in China, and he is an unheralded prospect that can efficiently knock down shots on offense. On the other hand, he will need to improve his rebounding and he can sometimes gamble too much defensively. Currently, he projects to be a borderline second round candidate in the 2021 draft.

4/27/21 Side Note:
On the American sites, he is regarded as Lin Qi, but on Xinjiang Flying Tigers’ wikipedia page, and YouTube videos through Chinese sources, he is regarded as Qi Lin. Traditionally in Chinese names, the family name goes first. Therefore, he will be known on this site as Qi Lin to keep it standardized. The article that we wrote on him will stay as before though, because we didn’t uncover that inconsistency up until now.
