Summary:
Jermaine Samuels is an athletic, energetic swingman that could project to be a 3 and D type of role player in the NBA. He can score the basketball in a variety of ways, and he also has a knack for drawing fouls upon his defenders to get to the free throw line. He’s flown under the radar, as he is a bit of a relative low volume offensive player, but he is also on one of the best teams in college basketball. Recently, Samuels and his teammate Collin Gillespie returned to play for a fifth season at Villanova next year. Currently, he projects to be a second round prospect for the 2022 draft.
