Summary:
Emmitt Williams is a very athletic, energetic combo forward that excels at attacking the basket to garner scores. He scored a whopping 44 points at the Jordan Brand Classic. He had a solid sophomore season for LSU this year, but it’s uncertain if his game will translate well to the NBA.
He’s an undersized combo forward that will need to improve his perimeter skills, and he’ll need to show that he can consistently be able to guard upper-echelon players. If he can, Williams could project to be a defensive specialist at that level. Right now, he may be a borderline second round candidate for the 2020 draft.
