Updated on 6/28/23.  Written by Alan Lu.

Height: 6-6
Weight: 200
College: DePaul
Classification: Sophomore
Birthdate: 1/3/2004

Projected Draft Range: Likely Undrafted

Pros:

Decent scorer off the dribble
Can post up smaller players
Excels at scoring on off-ball motion plays
Decent playmaker
Good rebounder for his size
Adequate defender
Solid athlete

Cons:

Needs to improve his shooting
Needs to improve his free throw shooting
Can be careless on offense, which can lead to turnovers
Can have lapses defensively
Lacks elite lateral quickness

Summary:

Elijah Fisher is an athletic, strong swingman that excels at attacking the hoop to score the basketball, and he also can get his fair share of assists and rebounds.  He will need to really improve his jump shot and also show that he can make the jump to play effectively at Texas Tech this year, but he could make a significant impact if he plays up to his potential.  If he plays well this year, he could move up draft boards swiftly in 2024.
