Height: 6-8
Weight: 183
Country: Senegal
Professional Team: Real Madrid
Classification: International ‘04
Birthdate: 6/26/2004

Projected Draft Range: 2nd Round to Undrafted

Pros:

Excels at scoring on off-ball motion plays
Can post up smaller players
Adequate playmaker
Good rebounder
Decent defender that can get steals
Very good athlete

Cons:

Needs to improve his shooting
Can display spotty shot selection
Can be careless on offense, which can lead to turnovers
Classic tweener, may be in between forward positions
Can be undisciplined defensively
Limited experience against top-notch competition

Summary:

Eli John N’Diaye is a very athletic, energetic combo forward that thrives at making hustle plays.  He can throw down highlight reel-worthy dunks above the rim, and he also can get numerous rebounds and steals for his team.  He will need to be a more consistent outside shooter and take better care of the basketball.  Still, he is a talented prospect that may have considerable upside, and he could swiftly move up draft boards if he shows that he can play well in high-level, international basketball.
