DeAndre Williams is a tall, athletic playmaker that can comfortably run the point or play off the ball, and he is also a good defender that can guard multiple positions. He was very productive at the collegiate level. On the other hand, he’ll turn 26 on draft day, is considerably older than most draft prospects, and his advanced age may raise concerns about his ceiling as a prospect for the NBA. Still, his size, athleticism, and versatility could enable him to be an effective role player in the NBA.
