Summary:
Darrion Trammell is an agile, skilled playmaker that is on a very good San Diego State team this year. After starring at Seattle University, he transferred to play for the Aztecs this season. He scored 21 points to help lead his team to a surprising upset win over 1st seeded Alabama in the Sweet 16 of the 2023 NCAA Tournament. He has struggled to be consistent with his jump shot this year, but he’s shown that he can shoot and pass the basketball when counted upon, and he could project into a backup point guard role in the NBA.
