Summary:

DaRon Holmes II is an athletic, energetic big man that had a solid freshman season at Dayton, and he could be due for a breakout season this year. He’s a scorer that can finish plays above the rim, and he also is a very good shot blocker. Holmes can make plays on the interior, but he’ll need to improve his jump shot, rebounding, and ability to defend out on the perimeter. Currently, he projects to be a second round prospect for the 2024 draft.
