Decent playmaker
Decent defender
Very good athlete

Cons:

Needs to improve his shooting
Can be reluctant to take outside shots

Not an elite ball handler
Needs to improve his rebounding
Needs to add strength
Can be too inconsistent in games

Summary:

Benny Williams is a very athletic, high-motor forward whose versatility may make him an intriguing prospect for the NBA.  He is a high-flyer that can finish plays above the rim, and he is a ball handler that can rack up assists.  He is a capable on-ball defender that has the potential to be able to guard a variety of positions.

On the downside, he had a disappointing collegiate career, with the exception of having one decent sophomore season. He will need to regain his shooting touch and be the athletic, sharpshooting, 3 and D player that he was in high school to be able to adjust to pro ball. He will need to enhance ball handling skills, but if he can continue to improve and hone his game, he could end up carving out a solid playing career in professional basketball.
