Summary:

Aday Mara is a 7-3 center that played in the Spanish ACB League in Spain last season before enrolling to play at UCLA for the 2023-24 college basketball season.

After having played in one of the toughest professional leagues last season, Mara has gotten off to a rough start at UCLA this year, and he hasn’t played nearly as much or as well as anticipated. If anything, his best skill looks to be his shot blocking skills, but he’s really struggled on a bad and disappointing UCLA team this season. If he makes significant strides to improve his overall game, he could end up being a backup center in the NBA sometime down the road.
