Cons:

Streaky shooter
Does not draw enough free throws
Prone to hoisting up questionable shots
Not an elite ball handler, can be turnover prone
Can be undisciplined defensively
Can be too inconsistent in games

Summary:

Isaiah Joe is an athletic, skilled combo guard that can shoot and score the basketball. He is a fairly solid marksman from beyond the arc, as he can run off screens to knock down threes, as well as make them off the catch and dribble.  However, he also had a handful of off nights that really hurt his shooting percentages this past season.

He also has the ability to run the point in a pinch, and he also can hound opposing ball handlers to get steals. However, he also can be unfocused defensively, as he tends to struggle to guard shooters, and he may be a bit undersized to play out on the wing. Though he’s been too inconsistent throughout his sophomore season, Joe is an agile, skilled scorer that could end up being a second round pick in the 2020 draft.
