2017 rankings were finalized on 6/22/2017.

Height: 6-4
Weight: 205
College: Iowa State
Classification: Senior
Birthdate: 8/3/1993

Projected Draft Range: 2nd Round to Undrafted

Pros:

Fairly good shooter from all over the floor
Fairly good scorer off the dribble
Decent playmaker
Decent rebounder for a player his size
Decent defensive player
Better than advertised athlete

Cons:

Streaky shooter
Can be turnover prone
Can have lapses defensively
May not collect enough steals
Not overly explosive
Not a true point guard, but is undersized to play the two
Has missed considerable time due to hip injuries
Old for a draft prospect, may have limited upside

Summary:

Nazareth Mitrou-Long is a skilled, combo guard that can shoot and pass the basketball.  His advanced age may mean his ceiling may not be high as the other draft prospects, but Mitrou-Long’s offensive skills could potentially make him an effective role player in the NBA.
